Day-Of-Coordinator

I would be your point person everything wedding. The point person for vendors, for guests and of course the couple. I also would be the main contact person unless you have a wedding planner involved also. I would work closely with you and know your plan on how the day should go perfectly.

 

My services are: Coordination services will begin 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Provide an initial face-to-face (or phone) meeting at the 6-week mark. Following the initial meeting, two additional phone planning consultations with the client at 4 weeks out and 2 weeks out from the event date. Unlimited email communication. Creating a wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors. Final walk-through with client at selected sites. Following up with all vendors. Access to the preferred vendor list. Provide 1 hour of rehearsal coordination time. Provide up to 10 hours of non-consecutive event day coverage

I will provide in-full detail the wedding timeline, communicate details of the vendors, contacts, notes and double checks all details- making sure that all decor details are the way you wanted them to be. And finally and most importantly is to make sure you are stress-free and happy.
